With the grace of God expressed in Jesus Christ, and in accordance with the duties outlined in The Manual ofthe United Church of Canada the Edmonton Presbytery celebrates with joy the empowering community we are called to become. As upholders of life-giving tradition and advocates for prophetic change, we accept the challenges, opportunities and responsibilities to enable the well-being of the church and the world. In collaboration with others who share our vision and journey, we choose to be: seekers of God's hope-giving justice and mercy, a people who wrestle with the church's mission in our time, who care about and respond to the communities in which we live.
